Ltd. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Dr. Vivek S. is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website, and you (the visitor, enquirer, or client) are the Data Principal.
By using this website, submitting a form, or otherwise sharing your personal data with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your personal data through this website.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the email address in Section 8, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to respond to an open enquiry or deliver a requested resource.
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to operate this website and deliver the services you request. We do not sell your personal data.
Where your personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be handled in line with this policy and applicable law. We do not permit any processor to use your data for its own independent purposes.
